I would want them to improve on the staff being taught to do things in every home. They need more organization before the caregivers go out to the home. Some of them do not bring their lunch and I eat at a different time. I have lived because of the services and the people. I had a lot of different caregivers that did not have their lunch. I have had over 30 caregivers in the past year.

My issue has been that we had struggled to get consistent good caregivers. We went through a lot of caregivers that did not know their job, were not trained properly, and didn't want to do anything. Right now we are in a good place. The agency has helped with my husband, his physical therapy, and exercises to make our experience positive.

I would recommend Always Best Care, but I'm not a particularly good task master myself of handing out what work I think needs to be done, so they could have taken more initiative to undertake a broader program. The care was adequate, that's about all I can say. I didn't miss any meds and ate regularly. I was forgetting things and not disciplined enough to take my meds sometimes. I needed some people to remind me. My wife wanted to establish a longer-term relationship. We asked that someone come for a few hours in the morning, so I was eating and taking my morning meds. One of them was waiting to have me tell them what to do. It was only for eight days that the care was given.
