The first care coordinator was wonderful, warm, friendly, and relatable. She provided an amazing caregiver for my mother. So far, we have liked everyone who has come. We have 2 different levels of helpers. The premium level lets you know how the day was after work, and she takes a genuine interest in my mom.

It is a very hard business to be in and they were very responsive and helpful if people didn't show. We had some great people helping my mom. My mom used a higher level of care and the woman really cared about my mom. She was on top of things for her and was very involved, she was over the top in a good way.
