I think that they could maybe communicate more within the levels of care that they have. They have helped the most with being able to drive to the grocery store and work within the home.

I think the caretakers should have supplies like gloves and masks. I find myself buying the supplies, and they said they would provide them. So far, so good. They are very attentive.

I would say to have more qualified caretakers that can do certain tasks the client needs. They could have been more motivated and more involved in the situation and being more active in their role.

They were very quick in the setup of care and have been very flexible in care when changes have occurred on our end. They have kept my dad safe and have provided caregivers for him in his time of need.

I feel like things are pretty good with them. I love that I can look at the visit notes online and see that someone was there and I know what time they arrived and what happened and I know they checked on the stuff we asked them to check on.
