It helps me with getting in and out of the shower. All I need is somebody to help me get in and out of the shower because the shower we have here, I need somebody to be here in case I slip.

I like that we have had the same consistent caregiver since starting the services. Peggy wouldn't be able to live at home alone without a caregiver.

The caregiver disappeared upstairs and never came back, so I struggled up the stairs with my cane and found her asleep in my son's bed. She also asked me to lend her a large amount of money, and talked about being broke the whole week. She was late every single day. They took some off my bill, but I don't think it was enough. They could have sent someone else, but by that time, I was already getting better. I don't think they did enough to compensate me for what happened with the caregiver.
