I disagree with healthcare because I do not need caregivers at my house five hours a day. I need help changing the bandages on my leg, but they cannot do that.
3 / 5Tobie T
They were always on time, and they all had a good bedside manner and were helpful. They let me know what time they would be by to visit, and they worked with my schedule.
5 / 5Ursula D
The nurses they send out are nice and friendly. They gave reassurance that my foot would heal.
5 / 5Andrew M
I like that they're professional and that they do their jobs. They've helped most with my wound care.
4.25 / 5EDUARDO
Always on point, always on time, and have a great staff. They help me out. They check my vitals.
5 / 5Bobby
I like that they are nice people and they pretty much know what they are doing. They did a good job as far as my occupational and physical therapy. The nursing staff helped me to have a positive attitude, so with their help I can get back to a normal life.
4.5 / 5Salvador R
The agency can improve communication with us. The caregiver assists with his daily needs.
4.25 / 5Craig
Personally, I'd like to see them have more dedicated nurses in the area. It is constantly changing sometimes. It is nice to have someone come and change out bandages. I know my wife likes that.
4 / 5Andrew R
They're really good to work with. It was very important. They were always on time.
5 / 5Barbara
They reached out to me over the holidays when I was going home over the holidays and made sure that I had someone. My nurse is really nice. They always checked in on me to make sure that I was doing alright.
5 / 5Pamela C
I like that the people are friendly, and the therapists seem to be knowledgeable. The agency has helped the most by providing a professional therapist.
4.5 / 5Joshua S
My PT has been inconsistent. I've had 3 different physical therapists, and they have not been consistent.
3.75 / 5Liyan ( PEDI ) K
They did a great job and were all professional. It helped me a lot with her motor skills and for the long run. I have been practicing the same things they taught me.
5 / 5Shana P
I would like them to maintain the same nurse. Not everyone is familiar with my health situation. You can also build that relationship. They are very attentive to your needs and they pay attention to detail and monitor you.
4.25 / 5Susan M
They are great. The nurse, Johnathan, was always prompt. They were always very prompt, on time, and communicative, and did what they needed to.
