They could improve the sort of frequency of staff and subbing and the availability of their best care providers. It's really helpful to have someone there more than anything as a backup just to make sure anything goes wrong.

Mostly, I like the caretaker that they provided to us. It is so helpful that this person talks directly to her face so she can read her lips and let's her know what is going on. This person doesn't just come in and do things and get out of there. It is very helpful that they have back up caretakers if our regular person is going to be out.

I like that they just have their act together and they're organized. Each employee knows what's going on in its entirety. When I email someone, I'm told to CC and copy the employees so nothing gets by without being attended. The aides they provided are very qualified and have made my life much easier. It's challenging to take care of the client, but it reduces the amount of stress I'm under.
