Well, I find that all of these home care advertise that they come for three hours and help take care of the patient. Then, they also help with some of the house chores. I do not find that they stay three hours, and I don't find that they really help with a lot of the chores. I find the care that they give to be certainly average, or above average. It is sufficient, I think, to keep him as well as possible.

We have already recommended them. We know the owner takes the initiative and contacts us if we need to. We couldn't do without it. It keeps us going.

They're very flexible. They work with you and getting the right caregiver. They keep the same caregiver with my dad for years.

I like that they try to set the caregiver with the client really well, instead of just sending anyone who has a pulse. I like that they got to know my mom and tries to accommodate her requests in caregivers.

I really like Brian, the person who helps me, they're doing right by me. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't even be able to shower, they're very helpful.

I like that the owner goes above and beyond for us. I like that we can call Bryan the owner and he will come right away.
