The problem is with the caregiver they sent out. They terminated her, and I was left in alert and wasn't comfortable with them sending someone I hadn't met. They need to better vet their caregivers.

They could provide a caregiver that met our needs. It actually made it more stressful. They could provide somebody who met our needs. It was difficult when people didn't show up or were only there for a temporary amount of time.

We were told at the beginning that they would do the best to keep one or two people coming in, and they are constantly changing who is coming into her house. After a while, we got a constant caregiver in. They help the most by being there and making sure she is changed and got her meal.

I liked that they came in early to meet her before the actual visit later that night. We were able to make introductions to make her more comfortable. My sister and I had been staying at the hospital with her, and we needed a night to go home. We wanted to see how she responded to having someone else sitting with her.

I have already to my friends and I will again in the future. I like that they are professional and personal care that I get. They made it positive by talking to me, being personal, taking care of stuff around the house that I needed, taking me for walks at the park, and doing anything I wanted to do.
