I would like them to get more caregivers that are willing to work. When hiring, they need to find out what attitudes they have, as they might not be a good candidate. They should have good bedside manners. They have been pretty consistent in being able to provide caregivers. Every now and then it does become difficult to fill the spit schedule I have need of 2 hours at a time.
