The issue is the price. It's so high. I've found a service that is $25/hour, and they're nearly twice that. Some are great, but some could be better. They need to listen to my uncle more. When they go out, he always asks them to call me. Only one caregiver calls me, and it's the one I think is most responsive. The other ones don't listen and get along well. He's developmentally delayed, and it's very important to listen.
