They've had difficulties with scheduling, they take my caregiver off the schedule and then they call to ask if she's here, they also need better communication. The caregivers go above and beyond what they're supposed to do, they were never asked to massage us, but they still do because we have muscle tension

I would like to see more training for the caregivers. I had three caregivers that were outstanding, but there have been other caregivers that were in worse shape than I was. I think they should consider that before they send people out. It's nice to have a person to talk to and it helps pass the time. She is able to do the things that I wasn't able to do. There is a difference between the great caregivers, like Paula, and the other caregivers.

I would recommend the agency because they work with our changing schedule. The agency has assigned the caregiver that my mother likes, and they work hard to make sure that happens in order to make our experience positive.

The agency needs to improve the ability to provide backups to the personal care and improve communication. They seem to do both things electronically. My caregivers have helped the most by giving my husband a little bit of rest and a little bit of a break because he doesn't have to do some of these things.
