There is no continuity with the nurses and the main nurse. There is limited knowledge and they don't seem to have the medical knowledge if a problem were to arise. The contact between them and the caregiver on the site or someone with more knowledge could be their biggest improvement. They sent one girl out who didn't know about oxygen, and I had to explain it to her. The people were good, but some of them weren't trained. Some were good and some were okay.

The gal we have is very good. When we had to start getting help, I told him he can't be a grumpy old man, he needs to be kind and funny to them, and they will be willing to help him. He's done that and they get along fine.
