Compared to others, they have better quality of caregivers. They are professionally dressed and have some medical knowledge. I like that most of them have intuitive, so I don't have to tell them what to do. I think some of the biggest challenges is understanding light housekeeping is and what that includes. Some may not mind helping with tasks when others do.
