Also, it is hard to get somebody for the limited number of hours that we are looking. We wanted somebody four hours, three times a week, and apparently given where we live, it is impossible to find somebody willing to work those hours. We only had the person for two days, and it was under unusual circumstances. We were packing up to leave for the summer, and what we really need more than care is packing up. She did a terrific job, but it was not the kind of care we need on an ongoing basis.

A lot of the caregivers said they could help clean and this and that, and basically, we needed the services for somebody to be with my mother when I went out to take care of things that needed to be taken care of. We didn't use it that often. It was only for a month. We didn't get to benefit greatly from it. We didn't use the services that extensively.

The agency is organized, and the gals have been fantastic, and technology is not something that is easy. We organized new cable and was able to get things set to have them be able to be reached. They have Netflix, security, and have Ubers, and haircuts and other things. The organization has been great. Nothing to complain about. We have been watching the care being given. The extra socializing is amazing and required, getting them to walk, swim, and do other things. They have been very helpful.
