This is the first time I've been involved in a program like this. In some cases it's better, and some cases it's harder because it's my first time being involved with a program like this. People are scheduled and someone else comes and everything is switched around, and you're left up to training people yourself because they don't know where things are or what his needs are. Surely they should know about clients before they walk in the door.
