    We had different people coming and we had one that just was not appropriate. He had back surgery. They would take care of anything he needed because he was out of commission for a few days.

    I like the things they have done. They allow them to use their vehicles to take me to my appointments, and they have someone to file my insurance. They give me someone to talk to. I can get involved in my community because I have the help of my caregiver, who gets me dressed and prepared to go out.

    They need to improve their case managers. I think there's also some racism in the case management. It caused me more stress than it helped me. They needed to give me a new case manager, right away, when I first complained. The guy above her was the assistant, and the manager of all the case managers. He should have reassigned her.

    The way they sell their service, the person that is in charge of scheduling, and the caregivers keep a pretty good line of communication. We don't use the service all the time, it is helpful when the caregiver is there.
