The way they sell their service, the person that is in charge of scheduling, and the caregivers keep a pretty good line of communication. We don't use the service all the time, it is helpful when the caregiver is there.

I like the things they have done. They allow them to use their vehicles to take me to my appointments, and they have someone to file my insurance. They give me someone to talk to. I can get involved in my community because I have the help of my caregiver, who gets me dressed and prepared to go out.

We've only had one health care provider, and he's been awesome. That's the only thing I can say. He's been very, very good, I think he was handpicked for us. My husband would prefer not to have help, but he likes our caretaker very much.
