The caregiver disappeared upstairs and never came back, so I struggled up the stairs with my cane and found her asleep in my son's bed. She also asked me to lend her a large amount of money, and talked about being broke the whole week. She was late every single day. They took some off my bill, but I don't think it was enough. They could have sent someone else, but by that time, I was already getting better. I don't think they did enough to compensate me for what happened with the caregiver.

They have been very responsive. There has been a large turnover of caregivers, but they have all been good. We are concerned about her health and memory, and we like having someone there with her.
