We are very pleased with them and Lala specifically. I would definitely recommend. We value Latrisa, and they get along very well. I like how they do the insurance paperwork for us, and the scheduling team is very good. She does all the driving and appointments for her. She helps her be stronger and get out to walk and exercise.

- ✓ OSAT Score 8.75+
- ✓ Complete a minimum of 12 client satisfaction surveys during the previous 12 months.
- ✓ Have less than 15% of clients “Do Not Call” for the year.
- ✓ Actively survey clients for at least six consecutive months.
