They could do better with having more consistency with staffing. Some are great, and some do the bare minimum, if that, and it's frustrating. The caregivers help the most by ensuring he gets his medications and making sure he is clean and dry, and getting regular meals.

If I knew to say something I would recommend the agency because of how things went. The caregiver would call and let me know if plans changed, and we were able to make things flexible. It was pretty much flawless.
