I like that they do their job, they're courteous, customer service is good, and billing is perfect. They take care of everything, so I don't have to worry.
5 / 5Kevin V
I would recommend this agency because they are very caring of my dad. The caregiver goes the extra mile. He likes her a lot.
5 / 5Debbie M
The girl that we had for seven years did care for my father and mother. Our caregiver was like family to us.
5 / 5Kathy S
I liked all the caregivers we had. They reach out to let us know what's going on. She wouldn't be able to stay in the house alone. They make a huge difference.
5 / 5Peggy H
I have a girl now who is pretty young and quite but they told me I could go to senior centers but there are none in my area so that's a little hard to do with my two hours. She mainly make the bed and does the grocery shopping.
4.25 / 5Neil P
I like that they're easy to work with. The most helpful part is being able to get away and do other things I need to do around knowing Gloria is taken care of.
4.5 / 5Leonard F
The agency hire good people, and they are very kind and caring. The provider shows up and is on time. They call us for anything if there is an issue.
5 / 5Charles T
They worked closely with me when my wife was sick. I never felt like just a business client to them. They would do whatever they needed to accommodate me. They have stood by me in my weakest moments and provided extreme cooperation.
4.75 / 5Dr. W
They allow us to work with other clients. They are very good with services and workers. The home visitors give me everything I need.
5 / 5Kathy S
I like that the person we have is very good and professional. They help with showering her, and they get her dressed every single day.
5 / 5Michael L
It's not just black and white because there's a distinction in the quality of the care and also the price you're paying. I think the quality of care is excellent, but the price I pay is not. The current caregiver does an excellent job doing the things needed around the house and also being a companion for the client. She has had a positive impact because she is helping the client along and communicating with her quite a bit. The client is very comfortable with he caregiver that we have.
4.5 / 5Kari S
I like that they provide the care they say they are going to provide. They helped the most by providing good quality care when we needed it.
