The caregiver puts a lot of effort into getting along with the client and going above and beyond to do it in a way that the client enjoys her company. The caregiver has had a positive impact because she is consistently there. She is always very cheerful and helpful. She makes suggestions and is respectful. The client has some memory issues, but she is very sensitive to how people treat her. She has been happy, so there is nothing more that I want.
