They were okay; I liked that they were not noisy. They did not sing songs or do a lot of loud talking; they just did their work. At the time it helped a lot. One young lady cleaned my husband's bathroom, and that was good.

They have been amazing. The staff is so well-trained. They understand different strategies to help emotional and dementia. They physically help her.

There are some very special people here. They go well beyond what they have to do for care. Others go through motions. You get a broad span of personnel. The people they send here are caring. The facility isn't able to restrain people for their own safety. If someone in a wheelchair tries to get up, falls, and hurts themselves, the law prevents any type of restraint.

I like that they are reliable. The people are always very friendly. They could do a shorter cycle with the laundry so that they can make sure that it gets in the dryer when they leave. Sometimes when I get there it's wet, and she cannot put it in the dryer.
