We provide transportation and escort services, help with activities of daily living, fall prevention, medication reminders and pillbox fills, companionship, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping.

There isn't anything at this point that I would suggest for improvement. I find it very comfortable, the staff is very helpful and available when I need them. I've been very satisfied. I like that the quality of the services is good. I like everything except for the 4 hour block. She doesn't have 4 hours of work and she ends up sitting on her phone while I am paying for it. Other than that it has been great.

They are expensive, but I like the agency as an organization. I wish I could afford it more often. They stay with her and talk with her. They bathe her, wash her hair, and make her feel beautiful. They also help me to cut her toenails and things like that.

The agency needs to improve the communication with the schedulers. They vary. Since I have several aides, they vary. There are several I have had that are poor and there are several I have had that are outstanding. For the caregivers that are poor, they could have a greater impact if they could have a better attitude and more training.

I liked the facility and the different therapy opportunities. They gave my mom quality care but they did not communicate with me as well as they could have. I didn't feel they advocated enough to keep the insurance paying. She needed more care and they only gave me two days notice.
