I like that they're great at communicating, they're great at scheduling, and their staff is amazing for the most part. It depends on the caregiver. We have fluctuating caregivers, but the primary caregiver has a positive impact because she engages the client, makes sure he moves around a little bit, and certainly takes a load off my mind. I don't have to worry when I know she is there.

They were the worst. They would send individuals out that did nothing that were supposed to do. It was very bad. The provider could have replaced the poor people who were giving me the worst possible care that they provided. The supervisor was the worst.

I'm blind I need some special care, I can get around ok, but I need a little more attention and help. That's a constant problem, maybe there should some special attention or alertness to those who have extra needs. I'm also in a walker and I have somebody 3 afternoons a week, and they care of amended needs.

The person who I had most of the time was very caring. At the beginning there was a huge impact. I was pretty unable to do much and then towards the end it wasn't as much. They were very helpful and positive. They were caring people.

I would recommend someone because the agency was easy to communicate with. They are trying to get us set up with the insurance company, Genworth. The agency adapts if she has a medical appointment on the day that the caregiver comes. I can call them, and they understand what is happening. The times that Tony is here, I get to go to the grocery store.
