I'd tell them they had issues getting the correct caregiver. They needed to have more caregivers on staff.

I would like to see them improve on consistency in communication when they have to change the schedule and some billing errors. I think it's helpful she can stay at home and I travel for work. Just making sure we get a third person and would like a regular and reliable third one.

We had some scheduling issues every once in a while. It depends on the person, some are really good and some aren't. We needed them to help with meals and getting dressed.
