They set out a caregiver that will be helpful for my husband and myself. I like that Michelle came to meet us and told us about the caregiver. The first caregiver we had she had an attitude, we would ask her to do stuff and she said she did not want to do that. Michelle provided us a new caregiver that has a positive attitude and is willing to help with whatever needed.
