The gentleman who handles my case works hard to match up people. This company does a good job at staffing. I pay the VA to send out caregivers, and this agency takes care of the caregivers. I have a background in business and this company has good business practices. I have herniated disk and hip replacements, so I need this help. It is essential to me. I would rather stay active outside of a care home.

The agency has been on the ball. They call and check in on us and make sure that our caregivers are doing well. Our caregiver does whatever we need. She does laundry and vacuums. She will help him do things and help him get things that he needs. She makes sure he is comfortable.

They have been consistent. We have had no issues with them. They are great. That is hard. We have been in the evening hours. They do not tube feed her. We can only leave 2–3 hours, which is stressful. Other than that, they provide the care she needs through the night.
