    Sometimes I don't know who is coming or if anyone is coming. I know the girl I have regularly will be off for two days, but I don't know who is coming. It would be nice to be informed because when I don't see someone coming, I wonder if they are late. They have someone here with my husband. He has dementia, so he can't be left alone. It enables me to get out for doctor's appointments, car servicing, and bank visits. It is really nice to have someone here.

    I would tell a friend that this agency is dependable and consistent, the caregivers are extremely caring and above average in performance. The caregivers I have seen are efficient! The caregivers do a lot of companionship and provide conversation to keep people engaged.

    I would want them to improve on being more consistent with the people they send to the house. Here lately they have been good as we have had the same caregiver for three weeks now. About the time my dad gets used to one, they change it to someone else. They have helped him the most by doing anything that he needs.

    I think the caregiver should be able to more in the home than they are allowed to do. It is going alright. They show up to help us prepare meals. They also help keep my clothes clean. These are important things for me.

    I like that when their people don't show up, they try hard to get a substitute as soon as possible. If someone doesn't work well with my husband, they do their best to change it to someone else. Even with the substitutes.

    We were supposed to have someone 5 days a week for 2 hours and they haven't fulfilled what we initially discussed. Sometimes they don't check his meds, the ladies that do come are very nice.

    I would like to see the improved commutation and consistency. I think the agency could have more consistency in sending the same person.

    I have three girls and they are all very different. Some of them do not do something if I do not ask them specifically to do it. Some of them don't really seem like they want to do the actual care, and I don't give them housework to do. I think they could be more creative or forth giving. They could have better communication. I would like to get a bill or a statement to see what they are charging me per hour for each girl. The only thing I get is from my insurance. I would like a statement from Synergy. When they send something to the insurance company, I should get a copy. I think the girls they hire are very competent and it has to do with how I manage them.

    The home care workers have been excellent, and we met with the owners and were impressed with them. As the primary caregiver, it's given me respite so I can go do things I need to do. It helped him because they're kind and helpful to him.

    The nurse that we've had has been on time. For us, it's just good to have somebody else around with him to remind him about his insulin and to make sure that he's eaten. That has been really good. That's the main reason we like to have her for several days a week.

    I needed more household help than medical help. I need less physical help now, so they are less significant.
