They are very transparent and open about who is coming. I have access to my bill online and the care profiles. They are always calling so that there will be a warm welcome when someone new comes. Everyone is very able and willing to help, and they don't say no to things that I ask.

I like that they are very responsive and consistent. So far if they make a promise they keep it. They are doing a good job managing things. Some of the caregivers are terrific and wonderful. One caregiver is a little bit too intrusive and is kind of needy. They talk about her personal life. They need to make sure to respect the client's home and private conversations.

What I like about them is their level of professionalism, everyone we have come from SYNERGY has been excellent. With synergy whenever I submit for backup care I get someone. The caregivers help by going out of their way to come to their shifts, and they're able to take care of sick children since it's part of their training.

We didn't have any issues other than when the young lady came to sit with my mom, we made it clear that she needed assistance with her Gait belt and toileting. It was impactful in that I felt better that my mom had someone here, but I took care of everything before I left because my mom was nervous that she wasn't ready. It was nice knowing that there was someone here and I could get out for a few hours.

They sent me someone that I could actually sleep at night and not worry. They came in after I showed her what I needed she is experienced with people with Parkinson's and she just took over and took care of things for me. She is very alert and I feel comfortable with this one.
