They're very dependable. If someone can't make it, they get someone to replace them. They're always checking with me about the days needed. I can text them. Being a companion helps his mood. She sits and talks to him. She assists him to the bathroom.

I would just say that it took us a while to find somebody who was a good fit. We kind of went through a lot of babysitters. It was just who would be able to come. Now that we have found our good fit, it's better. Having somebody trustworthy and able to take care of her.

The agency has somebody here on-time to clean up, and they do a good job. I'm only receiving help to clean my apartment, and the caregivers do that well.
