They do good about providing staff. They do have issues with hiring people. They have some that are good and some are bad. They do their job as they protect them not to fall.

The problem that I have with the agency is having problems with my father and other family members trying to take him. If the woman who is taking care of my dad sees something going on, they don't want anything to do with any court situations. But if they are taking care of the patient, they should do so. The agency has greatly helped. They make sure he gets a bath and that he eats.

Not provide so many young untrained people that have to be retrained and be told over and over on how to do something. If there weren't so many people changing all the time, I would've had more time to get stuff done, but because I had to train them frequently, I would lose a lot of my time getting things accomplished.

They could improve the communication between everyone. When we get fill-ins, it is a little sketchy. They don't know the home. It allows us to do other things and have a life.

I didn't interact with the caregiver much, but the people on the front end were knowledgeable, hospitable, friendly, and easy to work with. Mom resented the care a little, but she seemed to get along with the caregiver. It was helpful to have someone there. It gave my wife and me comfort.

My overall experience with them was not that great, I would be more likely to recommend the other company that I use. When it got down to just the one caregiver, she was excellent, dependable, and a great caregiver. I never had to worry about anything with her. Before that, it was very stressful for me, the way they handled things were very poor, they didn't try to get his shifts covered.
