Agency Rating
Tanja D
I like the office staff. They are great. They are trying to be exceptional, but they have just lost some caregivers. They are great at listening to my needs.
4.25 / 5Beatrice C
I liked the health care workers. It was nice to have someone here and to give us peace of mind.
5 / 5Scott S
They have good communication and they've had good quality care. It keeps her in the house, which she likes.
4.25 / 5Anonymous
The agency could've gotten people here on time. I think they could've had a great impact with more training.
3.25 / 5Julie F
I like the caregivers that have been coming. I like the dispatcher person, she is really good trying to make people come. They take care of her appointments and help her clean up the room.
4.5 / 5Anonymous
They could show up on time and consistently. They are making the experience positive because of their light heartedness.
3.5 / 5David M
I feel like I have gotten very personal service. The staff I have gotten has been very uniformed and there has been less of a change than I expected. They understand what my limitations are in terms of cleaning to checking the dates on dairy products. At the same time, they don't baby me. They are helping me and we do the tasks collaboratively. I can tell by my mood and self-esteem lifting, I know the activities have really lifted my mood.
5 / 5Stephen H
My mom is not easy to work with, but they kept sending us new caregivers until we found one that worked. It definitely makes our lives easier.
5 / 5Ann B
I would recommend them because they have good people who care. I have two aids twice a week.
5 / 5Juli A
The pool of caregivers is a little tricky right now. The most helpful has been her being kept safe.
4.25 / 5Kimberly G
They are really good at making sure that the patients are taken care of. They try to their best to make sure that happens. We have a bit of free time to do other things has been very helpful.
4.5 / 5Chauncey S
They did a good job. They were there when I needed them. They were there when I needed them.
5 / 5Anonymous
They could do more things to help me. The client has dementia, and he sleeps all the time, so I don't think there's a way for the caregivers to have a greater impact. Right at this point, the caregiver does help with some physical therapy, but they're basically babysitting the client and are with him, so I can get out.
3.5 / 5Paul B
They are really good communicators, and they are responsive. It would be nice to have the caregiver more.
4.25 / 5Anonymous
I like that the caregiver cooks me breakfast. The most helpful has been them cooking me bacon.
4.5 / 5Bill S
Having the same provider all the time would have been better than having multiple caregivers. I felt like they were mostly there to just sit there.
4 / 5Anonymous
I like that they don't just send a person who has a schedule that fits. They also try to make sure that it is the right personality fit and that they are accomplishing the goals that you have set for them. It varies depending on the personality and experience of the caregiver. I have had really good caregivers, and some that were not good. They switched those caregivers out though.
4.25 / 5Julie F
I like that Kenyada keeps up with what is going on and checks in pretty often too. She has dementia and needs people to talk to.
4.5 / 5Christine "Chris" C
I like that they are prompt and knowledgeable. They have been flexible with the scheduling.
4.5 / 5Chesley "Gene" W
They aren't knowledgeable in their field. She does my laundry.
3 / 5Janet "Jan" S
I like that they are very consistent with the caregivers they provide. They are very helpful; I really need help from them and they do their best when they are here.
4.5 / 5Lita B
If they live in Gig Harbor I would not recommend them because they cannot service this area. When they came they did everything I asked of them, with the exception of one girl. I made a list of the things I needed done and they completed the list.
2.25 / 5Barbara O
There should be someone with a different skill set who follows the specific directions. It was very stressful, there should have been better communication.
1.75 / 5Susan B
I recommend the agency all the time, and I'm using them again for my mother. The service helped an awful lot, because it gave me time to do something and be relaxed knowing that someone was with him.
5 / 5George G
They are very warm, caring, and work hard to make sure that the needs are met. They mainly help him with transportation to see his outside providers.
4.5 / 5Richard D
They are empathetic, reliable, nice people. It's nice to have someone that is reliable to do this job.
4.75 / 5Kum "Kelly" H
I like that their communication is very great and the caregivers are good. They help around with whatever I need and check in to make sure everything is okay. The case manager is always calling to make sure things are okay.
4.75 / 5Margaret U
I was satisfied with the services, and they were pleasant to be around. I was not in shape to get to a ten, but they were ready to help me.
4.75 / 5Bill S
I like that the agency is responsive. The care has made my life easier by taking care of things I have trouble taking care of.
3.5 / 5Jimi S
I am not sure what they could do better, it's just a matter of not liking that I need home care. The first lady that I had was a total rip-off. I never had services so I did not know how much she ripped me off. She was a disaster. She was just a bad caregiver. She had no work attitude she did not care and was more concerned with her kids at home. She would go into the bedroom with her phone monitoring her kids. I felt like they should have offered a refund because of how bad she was.
2.5 / 5Anonymous
I have been with them for a few years and the quality of care is very good. They also are very open to feedback if something isn't working out with the caregiver. They have been good at communicating. They make sure there is always someone to speak to if needed. I wish I could afford to have more help from them. I absolutely need them to maintain my independence with there help. I have not been able to get as many hours as I need.
3.75 / 5Betty B
I've recommended the agency already. They find people for you quickly and send appropriate people out. The biggest thing is being available for me.
5 / 5Janet "Jan" S
I appreciate how they write a plan with the patient and their caregivers are trained. They give them consistent caregivers, which is very convenient.
4.75 / 5Walter "Walt" C
They have good caregivers. They provide us with transportation.
4.75 / 5Wayne R
I like that they just take his personal needs and address them. I like that they take him to his appointments and to the pharmacy to get his prescriptions before going home.
5 / 5Christine "Chris" C
I would recommend them because they have very good personnel. They have helped the most throughout the visit.
5 / 5Kelly F
I have recommended it; I like the communication and the caregivers are good and excellent. They have kept in contact, and we have yearly meetings. They bring cared and balloons on her birthday.
4.75 / 5Sandra B
I would recommend this agency because reliable, communicative, and they did a great job with my mother. They always went above and beyond. The client would not have been able to do anything without it.
5 / 5Diane A
The lady they send out, I enjoy her. My daughter lives next door, and she provides care for me.
5 / 5Charles "Ron" S
I like that my caregiver does what I want them to do and treats me with the dignity I deserve to be treated with. They've helped the most by running errands and talk over everything before we go do it so we can fit it in the schedule.
