I like that they seem to know how to get a caregiver. Every now and again you get different ones, but by far, I get the same person. Just being there for my mother, and just doing what they need to do for my mother. They make sure she eats. They sit her up in the living room, and get her up and out.

I like that they are easy to work with, flexible, and able to find someone if anyone calls out. They help the most by taking care of her meals and taking her medications. If anything weird comes up they let me know and get someone there to help with the issues.
