In the beginning, when we were trying to find the right hours and people, there was a lot of back and forth, but now we are pretty much set. It just took a little while because the needs changed from the beginning, and we needed more care for my mother-in-law. We have been pleased. We have found some good people, and it seems to be going well. There have been 2 aides that have actually come to Nurturing Angels because they wanted to work with Pam.

Everyone is kind and compassionate. We'd had other companies in the past that weren't a good experience. They show up on time, and they rarely cancel. It gives us peace of mind. Jackie comes once a week.

I like that the angels that come out have been remarkable in taking care of my mom, and the office is good to work with. They have helped the most with having someone there to make sure she is safe and giving her the stimulation of interaction.

I wish the agency didn't have to have a 20-hour minimum per week. They found a good match of a caregiver.
