Less than it used to be. Right now, I'm having problems with communication because I don't have a care manager and they have dropped the ball through the office staff. I can't use my hand and do a few things around the house and I really needed the help.

I wouldn't recommend them; they didn't suffice my needs although the visiting nurse was wonderful. We kept giving chances only because of the visiting nurse. For the time period, my mother never really complained about any safety issues. I think that they should increase the quality of employees, especially with the price of care.

I also like the accessibility, someone is always available. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The care is vital for my mother, she couldn't survive without it. I do wish there were other things that I could delegate, I wish there was more initiative without calling me during the day.

The price is a little much. In general, they give us an 8-hour day three days a week, so it limits our ability to use them throughout the week. They don't allow 4-hour shifts. They're more for my respite care than my mom, but I need a break. The times they come, it's been good because I can focus on my own work that day.
