We had to cancel the appointment due to the fact that they could not provide a caregiver. We were not given a heads-up that a caregiver won't show up and there's nothing they can do. The caregivers were just a chaperone only, so they didn't do a lot anyway. They were just there to accompany the client to her doctor's appointments. I guess there was really not much impact.
