I've had that experience that was so successful. I wasn't there for it, but my husband requires assistance at night. Since I wasn't there, they were able to have someone there at night. My husband liked the person very much. We were very satisfied with the assistance provided.

There isn't anything wrong with the caregivers. Unfortunately, my father is the type of persons who could not be left alone and two of our caregivers had to leave at a specific time, so there was about thirty minutes where he was alone. Moving forward, they need to stay until I am home from work. They have given me peace of mind knowing that he is okay while I am at work.

I like that the people that they have sent to me are very helpful, nice, and polite. They are caring people. I have been in rehab before and came home without a service. It was very difficult. This made it so easy. My caregivers have helped me the most physically with things I can't do for myself such as washing my hair and upkeep.

I would like to get a caregiver to come in and help me out on Saturdays. I really like our caregiver, Jessie. She is doing an amazing job! She is here Monday through Friday. My caregiver is here, and she is on top of everything. She doesn't miss a beat! I'm in a recliner, and so she helps me put the footrest down, and she's able to help lift me and walk with me into the bathroom.

They need to improve the consistency of care. We seem to get a new caregiver every week. I have been able to return to work because of them. I was doing the care myself before them.

They didn't have enough back up care, so they did not always have someone to fill in if the caregiver couldn't come. The caregivers were the biggest help, they took good care of my mom, cleaned her well, and made sure she ate.

We had to commit to two half days, and I only needed one half day. I know that a lot of the agencies do that, though. I know I signed up for Tuesday and Thursday, but I would like more flexibility with the schedule. That's not on the caregiver, though.

When I call them, they always return my calls right away. The aids have been very nice. I have had a few different ones. When I need something, I call Viki, or I will call Scarlette, and she will take care of what my needs are. It gives me a break because I take care of them 24/7. It gives me peace of mind that somebody is with them.
