I would like to see Home Helpers lower their prices. The office could check in more often, especially to see how the caregivers are doing.

I like that they arranged me with good people who are trained and knowledgeable. They are prompt and do the job quite well. It is making life much easier. My caregivers have made it possible for me to accomplish things that I couldn't accomplish otherwise.

I liked that the home helper they sent was excellent. She was experienced, caring, knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. I trusted her right away, even though she was a stranger. My caregiver had a positive impact because she helped me with the medications, she was able to feed me, and she was careful with my surgery site and helped me with that.

I would tell a friend to interview different people and find someone you like to work with. Bringing 3 people to interview, so my dad had a choice was really nice.

We need caregivers 24/7. It is hard to find a good caregiver sometimes. We need the help, and I'm glad they can help. It is just hard to find the right person when we need a replacement.
