It went downhill after the lady that came to set me up came. It was not worth the money they were charging me. They sent me caregivers that acted like they did not know what to do. It was awful and they sent someone different every time. Their services were poor until the end. The person at the end was a big help, she was great.

It's provided me with a service and when I've had problems I've been able to discuss it with them. Not everything has been smooth but for the most part it's ok. I have a caregiver that I like who knows what needs to be done.

They were really great with my mom because I was overseeing it. This last time I used them for me. I told them I wasn't sure how many hours I would need and asked if I could add more, they said sure. I did need to add hours, but the person they sent was late picking me up, so I had to call a friend to pick me up. I used them one time and the provider did not bring me home.
