They could improve with the flexibility. I wish that there were more activities for the patient.

They could improve by having a consistent caregiver. So far, the people we have had haven't been able to do much of anything. We are supposed to be getting another person Monday, so we will see how that goes.

They are handy and good in scheduling. They need to be proactive.
4.25 / 5Beth R
I like the quality of the care workers and they're very reliable and if they can't come, they always find a replacement. They're very caring and kind. The provider has helped us out the most because they're wonderful and always on time. They're reliable.

5 / 5Melvin G
I like that the individual is wonderful and helpful. The daily prep or food has been the most helpful, along with the laundry.
5 / 5Katherine B
I feel that the people are under trained and not proactive. The services have been helpful for things they can't do.
4 / 5Maureen C
They responded quickly when I was not happy with a person. Melanie found needs that I didn't know I needed. She offered assistance and stepped up even when not asked. She worked with my daughter and I.
5 / 5Anonymous
I would like them to have better quality of caregivers and more consistency.
1.5 / 5Robert G
I like that they are responsive. He has had a nice recovery, had some health issues and has recovered well.

We just would like them to have more qualified staff. The caregivers could be more proactive.
