The lady that is my caregiver nicest person I have ever met. Louise needs a star by her name. She does anything I need. She helps me clean and laundry.

I would recommend Visiting Angels because they seem to be attentive, but the workforce there is really not more than average. The services have been helpful, but they could be more thorough with follow up on the needs.
3.75 / 5Lloyd I
They are good at what they do and I cant do what they do. I have a bad back and knees. They let them clean two hours at a time and IU think maybe a little more time could be better. We have a lot of sickness going around. She was supposed to be here today, but she was sick.
4.5 / 5Matt L
I like that they help me with her showers and laundry and I appreciate that. They do pretty much anything we need them to do.
4.75 / 5jean h
We are very happy with our caregiver. I highly recommend them. She takes some stress off of me. Sometimes I just need somebody to talk to. She is very helpful and a good companion.
4.75 / 5douglas m
The frequency and the flexibility. The fact that I don't have to move around like I did has changed my whole attitude. They have helped me with the cooking, cleaning, organizing, and bathing. The companionship is enjoyable.
5 / 5john h
I like that I don't have any complaints. Everything is perfect and satisfactory. They are trustworthy and exemplary.
4.5 / 5Pam A
I would recommend them because they are very caring and take care of my dad and my mom very well. It has been a positive experience because of them caring about him and it not being just a business.
5 / 5Larry A
I like their care. They really care about you. They're very, very polite. I have one very, very special person. My caregiver comes twice a week. I lost my wife in November and then I had my surgery. My caregiver has helped me the most by coming in, visiting me, and helping me where I need help. Most of it was losing my wife.
5 / 5Michael H
I like that they are always on time. I can't think of anything they can do to make my life easier. I appreciate that they are always on time.
4.25 / 5M P
I like that the same person comes; I have had her for 3 years. My partner died a couple years ago, and I live by myself now that he is gone, I am isolated even more because the dementia that my husband had separated me from social interactions, so I look forward to her coming every day.
5 / 5Michelle R
They're on top of their job and I like the manager a lot. It means a lot to me that they have a third party calling in to check how things are going, it shows that they care about their business and want to keep going strong. When I went into her home before, it used to smell very bad, but now it smells better because they clean it well. They make her accountable for each day they're going to be there, and they check in with her.
4.5 / 5doyle m
I like the ladies that they sent us. They need to work on communication. Connie is great and is really good with Doyle.
4.5 / 5Rhonda D
The person that I work with is responsible. She is reliable. There are things that need to be tweaked, like the timing of services because we have a transitional period. We need to fine-tune the schedule.
4.25 / 5Michael H
We've had a big change. It's been a bit of an adaptation problem. They do everything. I depend on them. I'm wheelchair and home bound.
4.5 / 5jean h
We are constantly bragging about Kelly. She is a sweetheart. I wish she could come an hour later. She is wonderful. The client really enjoys having Kelly coming in. He enjoys being able to get up and go outside.
5 / 5john h
One thing I like about the agency is the terrific personal. The provider provides quality service each time.
4.5 / 5Mary A
They're very flexible. The caregivers helped me with cleaning the refrigerator, and they played scrabble with me once.
4 / 5David C
I would like them to pay their caregivers more. They clean the kitchen.
4.25 / 5Sue M
I like that they come on the weekends, and it gives my mom somebody to talk to. The provider has helped me the most by getting my mom up and ready to go eat.
3.75 / 5bob c
The agency is really friendly and take care of what they're supposed. The service really helps him out, having someone here to be with.
5 / 5David
I like the consistency in their staff. There is nothing else they could be doing it's just the nature of an aging parent.
