The agency has a quick response. If you call, you always have someone readily available. The person in charge met with us the second time just to clarify what type of help we needed and what aide we were looking for.

There is one problem. They seem to have a hard time scheduling. They come when they are not supposed to or come too soon. They are only in my apartment for less than ten minutes. They wrap my legs, which helps me a lot. I usually have to show them how to wrap my legs, but they catch on pretty quickly.

Our first caregiver didn't engage with the kids as much, which is why I wouldn't recommend them more. They've helped me the most by allowing me to be able to work.

I like that the caregivers that take care of my mom are really nice. The provider has helped my mom the most by bringing her meals to her since she is not able to get up and walk, and also with getting dressed and toileting.
