It would depend on what meets their needs. I would recommend it for someone who lines up with what you do. They're a great company. We're only using the services once a week because we're doing better, but they definitely help our daily lives.

I liked their responsiveness. I know it's not easy to get healthcare providers in this day and age, but I felt that they did everything they could to provide services to us as quickly as they could. The quality of the services is also very good. The caregivers helped the most by providing for her ADL's. She wasn't able to care for herself. They had a positive impact by providing a safe environment for her and providing for her needs.

The quality was not there. They did not meet my expectations for the level of care, which was the minimal that was needed. They didn't add anything helpful to my mom. We needed care for my mom to interact with my mom. We needed someone to sit with my mom at night and make sure she got to bed. They didn't add anything helpful to my mom. They wouldn't make sure my mom got to bed, some wouldn't engage with my mom. They didn't meet my expectations.

They need to change their billing system. They charge you by the time the caregiver shows up - but if she leaves 5 or 10 minutes early, they charge you those 5 or 10 minutes. All of them were pretty average. One of them was terrible. One girl showed up and went to sleep and didn't wake up for 2.5 hours.

To receive this certification, a home care agency must meet the following:
