Agency Rating
Carol C
They are very responsible, and we like the person they sent. They were here so if my husband needed any help when I was away.
4.75 / 5Albert S
Everything they said they would do, they are doing. They should keep doing what they are already.
4.25 / 5Robert L
We have used them, we had three come from Synergy and it is always exceptional care. Cooking was helpful. They offered moral and physical support.
5 / 5James M
The communication is excellent, they are responsive if I have any questions. They call back quickly; they are courteous and professional.
5 / 5Daisy M
The caregiver is nice. It is very helpful.
4.5 / 5Anonymous
The agency needs more reliable caregivers, and flexible caregivers. The services had a negative impact on my mother because there was so much conflict.
1.75 / 5Tom H
I'd say the office communication was really good. They were all good and did their job. They came in and did what they were supposed to do. They meshed in well with the daily routine.
5 / 5Bill C
I am very satisfied. I like the way they try to accommodate us. The people are doing a good job. It makes me much happier. I think the people follow through with what they're going to do.
5 / 5Helen W
All of her needs are being met and they always get someone in there to help with her. They are very attentive, and they will call me if something is not right.
4.5 / 5Ben S
A little more contact. It has freed up some time for me to do daily chores and just the aids being with Jean makes a big difference.
4 / 5Frank J
The communication has been clear. If there are any problems that need to be cleared up, the agency seems to be easy to contact. They have no problem reaching out to us to take care of issues. So far, the person working on our case has been dependable and works well with family, even outside the case. Care is received on the weekends, not the full week. The person is involved and trustworthy during that time, allowing us to go out and handle some other things and allowing his wellbeing to be taken care of. It's only a couple of days every other week so I don't know if the impact on my life is huge.
5 / 5Steve N
I like that they are very responsive, and the caregivers are very professional. The agency is very responsive, always available if there are any issues, and the aide that is at the house is like a family member, she is wonderful.
5 / 5Anonymous
They could continue to find aides that are multifaceted, and have higher quality. They keep me informed.
4.25 / 5Helen W
The caregiver taking care of my mom is very good, she is the best we have had. They get along very well. The caregiver is good with my mom and does the cooking the way my mom likes. She also takes care of my mom and helps her bathe and companionship.
4.5 / 5Carol A
They are really good about coverage. They have never called me to say nobody is going to be there. It's a relief to know there's somebody there with them.
4.5 / 5Nancy P
I like the nursing care and home health care. Both home health aides are very good. It is great and preventative and I am able to work while he is being cared for.
4.5 / 5Anonymous
They are flexible and I can trust them and they seem down to earth. They are very easy to talk to and they are available 24/7 and have never let me down.
4.75 / 5John D
They keep us informed if someone isn't coming. They've always been there when I've called.
4.75 / 5Barbara T
They're receptive. They call me if I need to cancel. It's adequate for my needs. She's very helpful.
5 / 5Mike P

5 / 5Robert L

5 / 5Cathy F
They were good and I like the caregivers. The agency acted like an agency. They allow my husband and I to have some time together.
5 / 5Cathy F
They're awesome. The people they select to come out are very good. When you're caring for someone full-time with dementia, you need breaks.
5 / 5Kate E
They are organized, easy to work with, and the caregivers are experienced and kind. On my mother's daily life, I feel as though she is well cared for in my absence.
5 / 5Lou F
I like that they're informative, they let me know when I'm going to miss somebody. She has helped my wife in a lot of ways. Little bit of cleaning, cooking, and showers.
