I wish we could use the app to request time and services. We can't use the app for that. By me being able to handle business and my personal life. They have taken that off of me and provided a companion for my aunt.

I've been real please with everything. They are very responsive and they worked with me and they help me when I go on trips or vacations and they go and check on her. It has allowed me to be out of town and not worry if anything is going to happen, and helps her by someone coming by to her with things.

I am not sure what the agency could improve on. I like the quality of the work. I also like the fact that they do the chores that I am not capable of doing. I am not sure how my caregivers could have a greater impact. It frees me up to do more things around here that I would prefer to be doing. It gives me relief from a lot of menial chores that I would have difficulty doing.

They're cordial, they call with notifications in regard to changes in service, and when someone new is coming they reach out to me personally. If I have a problem with a care provider, they reach out directly to my other so that she's aware that someone new is coming. Without the care, she couldn't do anything. They assist her with showering, laundry, cleaning, and anything else she may ask them to do.

I'm pretty happy with the service. I like the attentiveness that they offer to their patients. If I could have more hours and the flexibility to have someone to ride with me. It's a handicap because if I want to do things on my own and be active, I just need some help, and that would be the first thing I would change.
