I like Pablo because he takes time to go through all the medicine and tell us everything. And when I have an issue with a caregiver, he takes care of it. I had to take him to a doctor's appointment, and I don't have the strength to load all his things and get him up by myself, so they do whatever I ask if they see that I'm struggling.
