It is a good agency. My mom really needs the service, but her last caregiver snapped at her and she left. That was not a good experience for us, but my mom will not let one bad experience destroy how much she values the company. The agency keeps on top of it. For example, they kept checking on the caregiver that was sent to us and made sure they had what they needed.

I'm pretty lucky, and I have a good caregiver, but some of the things supervision does irritate me, and they threaten to take her away from me. If they treated their employees better, they could have more employees to share their skills. They help the most with the client because when I'm taking care of her it's much more work and the caregiver is able to deal with her. I think the client cooperates more because of the way she deals with her.
