So far there haven't been any complaints and although there have been a few changes, they have been good about getting somebody there. It has put him on a schedule, like making sure he gets something to eat in the morning and taking his meds. His health has improved tremendously.

I would say consistency. Over the last couple of months there has been some inconsistency with people showing up. The caregiver wasn't familiar with how to help my mom. There is one young lady that has helped with cooking.

There is one thing that I would like to mention, and I don't want to be critical, but the ladies that drove us, their cars were absolutely filthy, and so before they do a job, they could pick up the garbage in their car. They were on time, no complaints there.
