Our caregiver quit and someone came yesterday and they left because they got mad. They could make my life easier by getting someone who would work. They also sometimes people get here and just sit on their phones.

I had several individuals that right at home and they weren't what I thought I needed, but the lady I have now is a perfect match. The caregiver is a pretty good cook, she is great at cleaning and she has a pleasant personality.

They do fine. Some of the individual are quite experienced, caring and flexible. We do have a lot of people, so I can go about my business and leave them to take care of stuff.

I like the fellow that is working with the client right now. He is good with him and he works very well with the client. It's major. The caregiver is very attentive to the client. When we have to go to the doctor, he makes sure that we get there, and the client gets to the doctor. If we need him to go in there with us, he comes in. It's just phenomenal. He helps out around the house which helps me tremendously because the client is up and down all night long, so I don't get to sleep. He does things to help keep the house going.

I already have recommended Right at Home. They are prompt and conscientious about communicating with me. She wouldn't be able to remain living at home independently without them coming regularly. They help her with light cleaning and laundry.

They have been improving lately, but for a while, we weren't getting a permanent person. We have to go around telling them exactly what to do and where everything is over and over. We might as well do it ourselves. The caregiver we have now is really good. She is doing everything we ask. She has had a positive impact because we have a list, and she does the list. She's okay.
