The first two caregivers were not acceptable. The third that we received is doing a very good job. So they should just have better screening of employees before they are sent to a home. The first ones could not have helped anybody with the capacity they had. I don't have to give them every minute of my time while trying to take care of my grandkids. Having someone there is helpful.

They should improve the quality of caregivers they employ. They're always in the house with their eyes on him, but there really isn't anything I can see them doing better at this time.

I have dealt with them before, they give good service and follow up whether it be financially or if the caregivers work out or not. The 2/3 to 3/4 of the things I was doing for him, I could not do anymore, they took over for me.

I like that they do not force you to sign a contract. I can get someone for a short period of time instead of committing to a bunch of hours. I have very little chores for them to do but they take care of my husband and prepare a lunch. When I leave, I am at peace and not worry about it too much because I have confidence in the caregiver.
