I believe it would be a favor for the agency and the clients if the workers had more training on the people. The provider has helped me the most with my mobility and transportation.

  • Anonymous

They need to be more consistency and get proper scheduling and letting me know when someone is coming to the home, and they need to work on communication. The first and second shift were pretty good, and the third shift was not that good, but when they were there, it was fine.

  • Linda J

One thing I like about the agency is the nurse Anna because she is nice and Margie the home care aide. It helps me by giving me a break.

  • Jim L

They have been very helpful and courteous. They prepare my food for me.

  • Anonymous

They lost some things and moved them around. The cooking was helpful. They insisted on things I didn't need.

  • Glenn O

I like the personnel they send. I want to be prepared for the cost of services.
